Commercial financing is far more intricate, time consuming and demanding than processing a residential mortgage.  The many variables associated with each commercial property i.e., condition, use, historical performance, the prospective borrower’s credit, financial status, desired goals, coupled with the dynamics of existing market conditions and local/national economics, precludes “cookie-cutter” financing proposals Each transaction is personally tailored to fit the unique needs of the client.

 

Austin Lending’s loan originators for the Commercial Division concentrate specifically on the commercial market.
